The Price
Subject to the remainder of these Terms & Conditions of Business, the Price for all services supplied by BM Photography and Design to the Client will be subject to a separate written estimate provided by BM Photography and Design to the Client. The nature and extent of all services to be supplied to the Client will form part of the written estimate and, taken together with these
Terms & Conditions of Business, will form the extent of any contract between BM Photography and Design and the Client. Upon either verbal or written acceptance of the contract terms by the Client, the contract becomes legally binding as between the Parties.
Where the Client seeks to vary the nature and extent of any or all services previously agreed, BM Photography and Design reserves the right to provide an additional written estimate in respect of any additional services and to require payment in full of the original contract Price in addition to any further sums.
In the event that the Client seeks to withdraw from the contract at any stage, the Client agrees to pay BM Photography and Design for the full amount of the Price, including, but not limited to, any costs, expenses or payments or other losses incurred by BM Photography and Design in compliance with the contract.
Late Payment Provisions
- All interim or final invoices are due for payment within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
- The Client agrees to be liable for any legal costs incurred by BM Photography and Design in recovering sums due in respect of any unpaid invoices.
- Any bank or other charge incurred by BM Photography and Design as a result of any bounced or dishonoured cheque or other payment method will be invoiced to the Client, together with a
